With our DC charging stations, you can charge e-buses, e-transporters and other e-vehicles with DC connection in the shortest possible time. Ideal for fleets with different types of vehicles: our new DC fast-charging station automatically detects the maximum voltage permitted for a vehicle’s battery and switches to the optimum voltage.

The maximum charging power is supplied in the shortest possible time, so it doesn’t matter whether the car is equipped with a 400-volt or 800-volt on-board power supply or traction battery. With this system, elexon offers scalability that is unique on the European market with a positive influence on the charging time – and it is as quiet as a whisper.

Our DC charging stations are modular in design, so that they can be expanded later to increase charging power and the number of charging points. We can also customize the information on the 7” touch display according to your specifications. Our products are designed for professional use in charging parks for logistics companies.

The solution for logistics companies: Our dual charging station.

DC charging station with a charging power of up to max. 150 kW

Our 150 kW fast-charging station is perfect for logistics companies and fleet operators with a local or regional mobility profile. The charging station automatically switches between 1×150 kW or 2×75 kW power. Its footprint of 60 x 93 centimeters is optimized for the parking areas at logistics companies and can easily fit into small spaces, such as between two loading docks.

The slim solution for parking garages: Our charging station with max. 80 kW.

Are you looking for the optimal charging solution for a parking garage or a slim charging station next to an office building? Our 80 kW charging station is wonderfully suited for fleet operators with an inner-city mobility profile – both cars and vans can be charged with it. The charging power of up to 80 kW can be accessed either as 1×80 kW or 2×40 kW.

Additional Features:

Power modules highly modular (steps of 20 kW)
Power modules are highly modular (20 kW steps) and can be scaled quickly and easily, because both the power modules and the charging points can be expanded at a later date if demand increases.
Short repair time in case of power module failure (approx. 5 min. replacement time for one power module)

The solution for large transport vehicles: Our charging station with up to 480 kW.

Our charging solution for supra-regional mobility profiles – such as transport vehicles and electric buses, can also be used at the highway service area: the DC chargers with max. 480 kW.

Additional Features:

Liquid cooled charging cable that enables a charging current of up to 500 A
The power modules and the user terminal are separate (distributed structure), which allows flexibility in the placement of the charging station’s two components.

Of course, our DC charging stations are equipped with OCPP communication to connect to back-end systems for various purposes, so you can easily integrate load and charge management, as well as a billing system. Need more information? Simply contact us!
